The General Data Protection Regulation, officially Regulation (EU) n. 2016/679 with the initials RGPD (also known with the English initials GDPR) is a regulation of the European Union about the treatment of personal and privacy datas, adopted on 27 April 2016, published in the Official Journal of the European Union on 4th May 2016 and entered into force on 24th May of the same year and used effectively on 25th May 2018.
Pursuant to the regulation (EU) 2016/697 of the European Parliament ad Council of 27/04/2016 for the protection of personal data, ww inform you that your data are processed by www.db-race.com, the data controller, in the compliance with the provisions, and in particular that:
Pursuant to and for the purposes of the art. 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 (Privacy Code) regarding the personal data provided to DB-Race S.r.l. owner of the website www.db-race.com and which will be processed, the Customer acknowledges and expressly approves the following subject.
Collected data
Personal collected data are exclusively the ones given by the interested one with a compilation of the registration form in order to access to the service.
Treatment scope
Personal data will be treated and used for the accounting and administrative management of the relationship or service, including surveys and accounting records, the execution of contractual relationships, the fulfillment of obligations established by laws, regulations or community regulations, by provisions given by Authorities legitimated by law and by supervisory and control bodies, to fulfill contracts with suppliers, for the transfer go foods and for the provision of services, as well as for the fulfillment of statutory, contractual regulatory obligations in the activity of DB-Race S.r.l. Processing methods
The processing is carried out by means of any operation or set of operations among those indicated in art. 4, co 1, Legislative Decree 196/2003 and is carried out with the aid of electronic or otherwise automated, IT and telematic tools or using manual tools; the data provided will be store on digital or paper supports always in compliance with the minimum security requirements established by law and may be disclosed to the employees, consultants and external lawyers of the company in charge of the processing for the aspects that may concern them as well as for the administrative and fiscal management of the relationship.

Data communication
The personal data provided may be disclosed to employees, external consultants, accountants, lawyers, credit institutions, service and consulting companies. As part of its business, DB-Race S.r.l. may also communicate the data provided to third parties in charge of carrying out activities directly connected and instrumental to the provision of the services of DB-Race S.r.l. or with which it has entered into commercial agreements functional to the dissemination and development of the services to be provided.

Rights of the interested party
Art. 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 gives the interested party the following rights:
- to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning him, even if not yet registered and their communication in an intelligible form,
– to obtain an indication of the origin of personal data;
– to obtain an indication of the purposes and methods of treatment;
– to obtain an indication of the logic applied in case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic tools;
– to obtain an indication of the identification details of the data controller, the manager and his representative pursuant to art. 5, co. 2, legislative decree 196/2003;
– to obtain an indication of the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who can learn about them as a representative, manager or appointee;
– to obtain the updating, correction form when interested, the integration of the data;
– to obtain the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those that do not need to be kept for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
– to obtain the attestation that the operations referred to in the two preceding paragraphs have been brought to the attentions, also as regards their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminates, except in the case in which this fulfillment is revealed impossible or involves the use of means that are manifestly disproportionated to the protected right;
– to object in whole or in part, for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data concerning him, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection;
– to oppose the processing of personal data concerning him for the purpose of sending advertising or direct sales material or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
The data provided may be verified on request and may be updated and/or corrected by sending a letter or fax, and also by e-mail to be sent to the following e-mail address: info@db-race.com. By the same means, the cancellation of the personal data provided may be requested.
In the event that DB-Race S.r.l. the cancellation of the personal data provided, the Company will proceed to the same without delay, without further notices and/or communications. This cancellation, if the deleted data is necessary for the services provided or for the relationships established, may result in the immediate termination of the same.
