HOW TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN

Contact customer service via info@db-race.com indicating the invoice number and the reason detailed by pictures explaining the reason for return.

The goods must not be used and must be returned to the site carefully packed.

Shipping of the return will be the responsibility of the customer, once it arrives at the location it will be the responsibility of Db-Race to assess whether the customer is entitled to a refund/replacement of the part or not ( for specifics regarding defects, breakage, insurance damage see ‘Terms and Conditions’ document).

Customized products cannot be returned.

RETURN PROCEDURES FROM ITALY

If all the requirements for a return are met, the customer has 14 days from receipt of the return to be entitled to a replacement

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer only the amount of the item will be refunded

Products intended to be replaced must be packed carefully following the instructions that will be sent by the Db-Race service center, for improperly packed material will forfeit the right to replacement.

It is necessary to contact the company’s customer service department before proceeding with the shipment in order to carry out all customs activities when the goods arrive in Italy.
